• Phone number (used for account creation and OTP verification)

We do not collect or store email addresses.
We do not collect location data.

2. Payment Information

AL&GO does not collect or store payment card details. All payment transactions are securely processed by our partnered payment service providers. We only receive transaction confirmation (such as a digital receipt) necessary to complete your purchase in partnered supermarkets.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your login and verify your phone number
• Enable you to make purchases in partnered supermarkets
• Provide receipts and transaction records related to your purchases

4. Sharing of Information

We share your information only with:

• Partnered supermarkets, for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your purchases

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your information is retained for as long as your account is active.
Currently, the app does not include a direct "Delete Account" option. If you wish to delete your account and personal data, you can contact us through the "Contact Us" section in the app or by email, and we will process your request.

6. Children’s Privacy

AL&GO is intended for users aged 14 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 14 years of age.

7. Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
